Rod Building Tournament II

​The Rod building tournament is Ecork's annual event where anyone can participate in order to win various prizes and a great exhibition of his work for fishermen from all over the world!

How to participate ?

Pre-requisites to participate:
Unlike last year, to participate in our event all participants must obtain the Participation box available on our website, (you can click here to find the Participation box). After purchasing this item, the participant guarantees his/her registration in the event. Any participation that has not made at least one Participation box purchase will not be counted.


After enrolling in the event, the participant must, with all his techniques, build / make the best and most showy fishing rod / grip / handle that he can. Only handles/grips made of cork will be counted.


After creating your piece for participation, it must be published in the public group that will be announced on our Facebook (click here to find the group) where the publication with the most likes will be the winner.

Likes will be counted per publication, even if it has more than one photo, only the likes of the general publication will be counted.

Dates:

As last year, the tournament will be held online and will start on the 1st of October at 00:00 and will end on the 31st of December at 23:59 (Portugal time). Any participation outside this date range will not be counted. After the participation period ends, the winners will be announced and contacted by the end of January.

Like last year, there will be 3 prizes for the top 3 places:

1st place: 300 Top Flor discs + €100 in Burls discs of your choice.

2nd place: 200 Top Flor discs + €100 in Burls discs of your choice.

3rd place: 100 Top Flor discs + €100 in Burls discs of your choice.
